LIMITED WARRANTY
The Ro-Timak warrants that (a) its products will perform substantially in accordance with accompanying written materials for a period of one year from the date of receipt (b) that the medium on which the product is contained will be free from defect in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year. In the event applicable law imposes any implies warranties, the implied warranty period is limited to one year from the date of receipt. Only retail, end-user customers that source and purchased the product from Ro-Timak are eligible for the one-year standard warranty. Wholesale customers should contact their regional sales representative for available warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitation on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to customer.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES

The Ro-Timak’s and its suppliers entire liability and Customer’s exclusive remedy shall be, at the Ro-Timak’s option, either (a) return of the price paid for the product, or of (b) repair or replacement of the product that does not meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to the Company with a copy of Customer’s receipt. The Limited Warranty is void if failure of the product has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement product will be warranted from the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RO-TIMAK AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED WRITTEN MATERIALS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS DEPENDING ON THE JURISDICTION.
